MAKES 1 DRINK
1¼ cup milk
¼ cup marshmallow fluff, plus more for serving
2 oz. semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
3 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
Pinch Kosher salt
Heat milk in a 1-qt. saucepan over medium heat until just beginning to bubble at edges, about 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, let sit 1 minute and whisk until smooth. Top with additional fluff to serve.
This is a delicious hot cocoa, but I half the peanut butter and after it is warm, put it in the food processor to break down the peanut butter for a rich smooth taste. I love this hot cocoa!
